An invitation to slow down, regulate, and set intentions from the body, not the to-do list.
Welcome to Exhale Together, an evening of meditation, movement, and connection with Tayla Byrne & Sarah-Jayne Kerr (SJ).
This first Exhale Together of the year is centred on intention setting through the nervous system. Rather than forming intentions from pressure or habit, we’ll explore what becomes possible when the body feels safe, supported, and at ease.
When the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, we naturally become more grounded, receptive, and connected. From this place, intentions soften. They move away from self-improvement and towards embodied alignment, shaping the everyday choices, boundaries, and ways we meet our lives.
The evening will unfold slowly and with care.
We’ll begin by arriving together, setting intentions and engaging in guided breathwork to support nervous system down-regulation. From there, we’ll move into a gentle, nourishing evening flow designed to release tension and invite softness after the day.
In savasana, you’ll be guided through a grounded visualisation and meditation, allowing space for insight, clarity, and inner listening.
From this embodied state, we’ll transition into guided journalling, exploring intentions as lived practices and how they might show up in daily decisions, relationships, and ways of being. There will be space for optional sharing, held with warmth and respect.
We’ll close with light snacks and cacao or tea, offering time to integrate, ground, and reconnect with community before heading home.
Exhale Together is a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and return to yourself, held in presence, softness, and shared humanity.
