Certified USA Boxing instructor Mickey Correa will lead you through a series of body weight exercises that will get your heart pumping and your physique ready for summer. You can expect an increase in cardiovascular health, stronger muscle tissues, yoga postures, and great music! All levels are welcomed! Be ready to learn, have fun, and sweat!

Mickey is a 200-hour RYT from West Hartford Yoga. He loves teaching gentle and trauma informed classes with sprinkles of WHY Power movements.
Mickey was the captain of his high school football team and also an amateur boxer at bare bones where he trained with Lindsey Thompson. Over the years Mickey acquired many injuries from these sports and establishing a serious yoga/meditation practice has and continues to help him heal from past physical and mental scars.
Mickey graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. Degree in English. Since then, he has gone on to Independently publish three books of poetry with Barnes & Noble. Mickey loves spending time with family, reading comic books, watching films, walking outside, writing poetry, exercising, and of course, doing yoga!
