Q1, 2024: EWS Gathering: Pearls Club
We are proud to announce that the Executive Women’s Summit has returned to its "roots” via our exclusive "Pearls Club" event structure. When Kristen Kenton launched the EWS in Colorado in 2008, our initial gatherings were comprised of a very small, hand-selected group of “pearls”: highly emotionally intelligent, executive-level, female leaders who came together over drinks to authentically and vulnerably discuss meaningful subject matter that balanced both “head and heart”.
If you received an invitation to attend this special and exclusive event, we consider you to be a “pearl”. We would be honored if you would join a small and powerful group of your peers for our first Pearls Club gathering in 2025!
- What: Q1 EWS Gathering - "Pearls Club" Event
- When: Tuesday, March 4 | 4:30pm-6:30pm Mountain Time (Kristen will arrive by 4pm)
- Topic: A hand-selected group of cross-functional, senior-level, female leaders will drive an authentic and vulnerable discussion based upon the most impactful topics impacting their lives today (social, business, talent/ leadership, etc.)
- Where: Corridor 44, 1433 Larimer Street, Denver 80202
Summary: Our unique and stimulating discussion will cover diverse topics spanning social, professional/ career, leadership, EQ/ influence, talent transformation, etc. Join a powerful group of “Pearls”: professional, senior-level women who are fiercely committed to development, self-reflection, authentic networking, diversity of thought, and fostering a powerful sphere of influence.
The EWS has experienced tremendous growth over the last 15 years. However, our post-pandemic reality has forced all of us to reimagine how we live and work. We are becoming fiercely protective of our time, treasure, and talent. We all yearn for more authenticity, intentionality, and purpose both personally and professionally. All organizations and leaders must be willing to embrace new strategies and ideas to effectively navigate this ever-changing, social and business landscape. We hope our new direction and event structure will serve as a very unique, excusive, intimate, and impactful platform to all of the amazing women who join us.
There is no cost to attend this unique gathering. However, we kindly request that you inform us immediately if cannot attend so that we may offer your seat to another “Pearl”. No vendors are permitted. Attendance is invite-only and will be capped at the first 15 that RSVP.
About the Executive Women’s Summit: www.executivewomenssummit.com. Established in 2016, the EWS University is a six-month/ six-session leadership development and emotional intelligence program designed exclusively for women that are committed to "leveling up" as leaders and human beings.
