Executive Protection Medical Operator (EPMO) is a hands-on tactical medical training course designed for executive protection and protective services professionals operating in civilian environments.
This course integrates NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care – Law Enforcement Officer (TECC-LEO) and NAEMT Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) First Responder principles to prepare participants to manage life-threatening injuries while maintaining principal security and operational control.
Participants will train in realistic executive protection scenarios, focusing on bleeding control, trauma assessment, casualty movement, and coordinated extraction, without military-only or unnecessarily invasive procedures.
