About this Event

Join Us for Executive Leadership in Country-Centred Systems Innovation (CCSI)!

This 5-hour intensive, led by Kerry Arabena, Paul Paton, Damien Melotte and Adam Jay, brings together leaders from different contexts across business and government, to explore together how the Country Centred Circular Economy (CCCE) framework can be employed to identify and develop opportunities and strategies for your organisation, industry or sector.
In a highly interactive and participatory session, together we will:

  • Understand how Indigenous worldviews and practices like relationality, care for Country, songlines and stories have helped to inform the 12 strategies represented in the CCCE framework, and how it can be used to create shared value with and for communities and businesses together;
  • Apply the framework to a live First Nations business brief in a guided co-design sprint;
  • Learn about how to treat Country as a strategic partner in design & operations, and as a critical stakeholder in decision-making and governance; and
  • Explore pathways to apply the CCE model to your leadership, organisations and partnerships.

As a follow-up, attendees may also receive an invitation to deepen learning through a Camp on Country experience.
