Industry collective, Allies Coming Out for Trans+, is holding an Executive Briefing to provide leaders with insight into positive, practical and tangible ways we can turn a passion for equity into allyship for trans+ colleagues and brand partners.
By attending this briefing you are showing your allyship to trans+ people, will gain insight and information on how to be a powerful ally and are demonstrating your commitment to creating equity in your workplaces and communications.
The collective, started by Creative Equals, Outvertising, The Unmistakables and Utopia has been joined by Bloom, Cannes Lions, Contagious, D&AD, SheSays, Trans in the City, Trans+ Solidarity Alliance, YouTube, WACL and WARC. This is an even more important topic following Ofcom Chairman Michael Grade’s address to the industry that we must ‘get ahead of the harm’ and make ‘trust and safety a priority’, at the Lead Conference earlier this month.
