Breathworks & Soundbath Immersion – A Journey Inward

We invite you to experience Singapore’s only guided session that merges conscious breathwork & immersive sound therapy—a 55-minute transformational journey that works on your nervous system, energy, & inner state.
The session is half breathwork & half soundbath, carefully designed to support deep emotional release, better sleep, & whole-body relaxation.
🔹 Breathwork: A guided practice using conscious breathing to shift your state, release stress, & regulate the nervous system.
🔹 Soundbath: A full-body sonic immersion featuring tuning forks, gongs, handmade Tibetan bowls & more. You’ll be cocooned in therapeutic frequencies that calm the mind & rebalance the body.
Perfect for anyone new to breathwork or seeking a unique, profound reset—this is the best way to experience both worlds in one session.
