Step into the future of Calgary with a tour through Calgary’s Culture + Entertainment District (The C+E). Nestled in the heart of downtown’s east side, The C+E will be Calgary’s next great city neighbourhood. Immerse yourself in the 20-year long master plan vision of The C+E, a vibrant, mixed-use community that draws on the spirit of entertainment that resides in its DNA. Picture strolling through streets brimming with activity, where every corner invites celebration and connection. At build out, there will be four million square feet of residential, office and commercial development, and urban living for 8,000 new residents. Along the way, take in the impressive BMO Centre expansion and the now-complete 17th Avenue Extension and Victoria Park/Stampede Station—foundational projects that have set the stage for the rise of The C+E—as construction progresses on the new Scotia Place event centre.
