Evolving Consciousness – A Meditative Practice© is a 12 session EXPANSION program, designed to open you up and expand your awareness, via a channelled meditative practice.Each visualisation (EXPANSION session) is constructed to develop and strengthen your Clairsenses, while introducing you to new concepts and your Spirit Team (Guides, Animal Guides), as well as your Higher Self and glimpses into past/simultaneous lives.
During each session, you also have the opportunity to gain advice and guidance on whatever is happening for you - spiritual or otherwise.
This program comes with an intensive workbook, to keep a record of your experiences as well as providing you with information and other spiritual development activities to try in between the visualisations.
Each person will also receive a personalised Light Code or Light Language Transmission to work with over the course of the 12 sessions, to assist in the facilitation of opening up and expanding your awareness.
RECAP: This program includes 12 in person sessions, workbook, personalised Light Code/Transmission, and certificate of completion, as well as a private FB group for additional support and information throughout the 4 months.
