Lesson 2: How stress and anxiety affects our menstrual health.
Lesson 3: Lifestyle corrections for irregular cycles (diet, yoga practice, sleep/relaxation)
Lesson 4: Most prevalent menstrual issue; Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), symptoms, causes, diagnosis and research based yoga practices.
Lesson 5: Seed cycling
Day 2: Yoga Modules Practice -
Yoga asana, pranayama and relaxation techniques for Menstrual issues.
Dr. Nidhi’s doctoral work on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome was funded by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, and was a landmark publication in the field. This was the first ever study to estimate the burden of PCOS in India, and also to propose and demonstrate that yoga could prevent, and resolve PCOS.
