Taking a childbirth education class is the BEST way to plan for your birth!
This six week class will teach you everything you need to know about birth, so you can feel more confident and have a better, safer, and more comfortable birth
Your instructor, Holly, has more than 10 years of experience as a birth doula, and works with the Des Moines Midwife Collective as a birth assistant.
She is looking forward to teaching you and helping you make your birth plan so you can totally rock your birth!
When you register for this class, you will get:
-6 online group meetings with your doula mentor - in-person class is available for the last class.
–Continuous support from your doula instructor both in and outside of classes
-3 access to exclusive online instructional videos (English, Spanish, and closed captioning)
-Digital workbook (English or Spanish)
