About this Event
Thyrd Space Salon Gathering
Welcome to Thyrd Space’s monthly salon gathering— a cozy, curious, and intentional space to connect with new people, explore ideas, and simply be together.
In a culture that romanticizes the chase, the distance, and even the red flags, intimacy is everywhere aesthetically — yet still feels fragile in practice.
On February 24th, Thyrd Space is hosting a salon in conversation with therapists on modern intimacy, relationships, and the work of repair.
Together, we’ll explore:
• The emotional and physiological impact of ghosting and relational silence
• How unmet needs shape our sense of wholeness
• The ways heteronormative scripts narrow what we believe love should look like
• How attachment styles shape our cognitive understanding of relationships
• What intimacy looks like from a clinical, trauma-informed lens — broken down in the communal style of Thyrd Space ;)
After grounding these themes, we’ll unpack them collectively (like we love to do), reflecting on how we relate — and how we repair.
