Each session centers on a different topic, with themes that evolve over time based on what’s most relevant, from sustainability and healthcare to innovation, leadership, and beyond. The goal is simple: bring people together, surface perspectives, and create conversations that lead to stronger, more connected communities.

We host this series as part of our commitment to the community, creating accessible, thoughtful spaces where people can learn, share, and engage without barriers. To support that experience, charcuterie and light refreshments are provided at no cost.

Rethinking sustainability through use, movement, and transformation, exploring how existing resources can be reimagined for lasting impact.

Sustainability is often framed around cutting back or doing less. This conversation takes a different approach, focusing on how we can better use what’s already around us.

From the materials we interact with every day to the systems and ideas that shape our communities, this discussion explores how small shifts in thinking can create lasting impact. It’s about looking at what already exists and asking: how can this be used differently? How can it continue to evolve and serve a purpose over time?

In partnership with Waste-Free Dayton, this session brings together a range of voices for a panel-style conversation to share perspectives, spark ideas, and open up new ways of thinking about sustainability in everyday life.

Held just ahead of Earth Day, this conversation creates space to reflect on sustainability in a more expansive and forward-thinking way.

At its core, this event reflects a simple idea: build from what exists, made for what’s next.

Whether you're deeply involved in sustainability efforts or just starting to think about it, this is a space to learn, connect, and walk away with a fresh perspective.
