Learn about swing jazz music in a fun and supportive atmosphere, with enthusiastic and experienced facilitators.Dancers, toe-tappers, jazz enthusiasts, and musicians of all abilities are welcome. No music experience is required. This is a safe space to try something new-to-you.
Swing jazz music was developed in the United States during the big band era. With easy to sing-along melodies and a driving rhythm, swing music is perfect for lindy hop and swing dancing.
Join our vibrant community of musicians, as we learn the basics of swing jazz music and how musicians play music together.
This weekly drop-in workshop will emphasize the skills required for building connections through jazz music, supporting and encouraging one another, playing music in a group (small and large ensemble), and participating in a jazz jam.
This is a judgment free environment.

Participants under 15 years old are welcome to join with parent supervision.
Bring your own instrument or voice. You can rent an instrument from a local music store.
$10 drop-in fee per week.
