Everyday Life: Navigating the Daily Challenges of Your Caring Role

This workshop will be led by one of our experienced Carer Coaches who will help you reflect on the daily tasks required in your caring role, how you respond when things change, and the impact ‘keeping it all together’ can have on your wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please include details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
