Everyday Life: Navigating Daily Challenges of the Caregiving Role (Arabic)

This session will be delivered in Arabic.

This workshop will be led by one of our experienced Coaches who will help you reflect on the daily tasks required in your caregiving role, how you respond when things change, and the impact ‘keeping it all together’ can have on your wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being a caregiver.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be an Australian resident living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
