Everyday Life: Navigating Daily Challenges of Caregiving (Campbelltown)

This workshop will be led by one of our experienced Carer Coaches who will help you reflect on the tasks required in your caring role, how you respond when things change, and the impact ‘keeping it all together’ can have on your wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.
