In this playful and thought-provoking session, we explore the different “drivers” that shape our lives.
Is it Fear? Expectations? Freedom? Habit? Identity?
Through light movement, laughter, honest conversations, and a few unexpected aha-moments, you’ll gain fresh perspective on what’s really steering your choices.
For who is this workshop:
This session is for people who feel they’re at a crossroads - personally or professionally.
For those navigating change. Building something new. Living a global life or simply a life that doesn’t follow a standard script.
You don’t need to be an expat.
You just need to be curious enough to ask: Am I consciously choosing my direction?

About Amanda Molenaar
Amanda is a former Dutch diplomat turned global life coach for ambitious expats building lives across borders. After nearly a decade abroad herself, she understands reinvention, belonging, and starting over.
Today, she helps internationally mobile professionals who look successful on paper align their inner and outer worlds - moving from overthinking and quiet doubt to clarity, confidence, and intentional action.
Known for her sharp insight and grounded presence, Amanda supports expats in designing their next chapter instead of defaulting to circumstance.
