A SPECIAL EVENT FOR THE ESPECIALLY-ABLED!
WHO: This dance party is designed for our specially-abled community, their families, friends, and supporters!
WHAT: This free event is for anyone who wants to experience the joy of movement in an ultra-inclusive and supportive environment. Donations are welcomed and will be given back to our local community.

We’re bringing the usual REFIT energy (positive music, powerful moves) to the specially-abled community for an unforgettable dance party!
New to REFIT®??
Founded in 2011 in Waco, Texas, REFIT® is a revolutionary group fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with easy-to-follow moves and uplifting music. Utilizing simple fitness elements such as dance, toning, balance and flexibility, REFIT classes are designed for everybody and every body—regardless of age, shape, size or ability.
Our fitness experience really does change people from the inside out. They leave sweating and smiling, with a “can’t wait for the next class” feeling!
