Please join us for (possibly) Everett's first zine fest, the Evergreen Zine Fest!
Local zinesters, indie comix writers/artists, and more are coming together from all over the PNW at Bayside Cafe for a celebration of print media with zines, comics, poetry, photography, and art. Always human-made - no AI slop to be found here.
We will have approx. 20 vendors selling zines, art books, comix, prints, stickers, and SO MUCH MORE! Swing by for the zines & comix, get inspired, grab some of Bayside's fried pickles (trust me!).
This event is all ages. Admission is free. Please mask up (N95s will be available at the door, but BYO if you can. <3)

* What is a zine (zeen)?
A zine is (typically) a self-published booklet, typically handmade and assembled by the artist, or zinester. Sometimes they are professionally printed, but they all follow a DIY ethos and are NOT mass produced. Zines can be about ANYTHING, and come in many forms, shapes, and colors. You will find a wide-range of stories and art at EZF.
* "Comix"?
You won't find any Marvel comics here. You will find something waaay better: indie comix with original characters by your friendly neighborhood comix artists. Try something new, you'll be glad you did.
* What’s all this about pickles? 🥒
Bayside will be serving their full menu of vegan comfort food menu. It’s very good. (Please no food in the ZINE FEST room - clean fingers only on the zines & comix!) ✨👐
