Again this year we will auction a private Horse Drawn Wagon Ride on the grounds of the Elk Country Visitor Center for up to 22 people on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm. This is a truly unique experience in picturesque elk country during the peak of the rut!
Another popular auction item is a Stay at the Elk Mountain Homestead, Friday thru Sunday, August 7-9, 2026. Imagine sitting around a fire on a summer evening after spending the day enjoying all that elk country has to offer. You’ll spend two nights in the three bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 10 people on the ECVC property.
Experience Elk Country After Dark on the grounds of the Elk Country Visitor Center. Following a reception, KECA staff will lead you on a walk in the darkness for a chance to hear the bugles and mews of the elk, as well as coyotes, owls and all that happens after the sun sets. It is an amazing sensory experience for 4 on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
