A Maryland native, Ella holds a degree in Psychology from Bowie State University and an MBA with a focus in Project Management. Her career includes experience in banking and corporate consulting with companies like 7-Eleven and Boeing. As an Army spouse and mother of five, she has navigated years of relocation while continuing to build both a business and a life grounded in growth and perseverance.
