EVENT PRODUCTION POWER LAB

Build, Fund, and Execute Events That Actually Deliver

Stop guessing your way through events. Most teams don’t struggle with ideas. They struggle with execution, budgeting, sponsorship, and filling the room.

Over the years, I’ve produced fundraisers, summits, and large-scale community events that have generated 6-figure revenue, attracted sponsors, and brought the right people into the room.

The difference is not creativity. It’s structure. This lab is about building that structure.

WHAT THIS IS

This is a 4-hour working session where you will build the foundation for a real event.

Not a vision board. Not a Pinterest concept. A real event plan you can execute!

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

By the end of the session, you will have:

• A clear event concept and positioning
• A run of show and production timeline
• A realistic event budget
• A sponsorship strategy and offer structure
• A ticketing and pricing approach
• A marketing and audience strategy

You won’t leave with notes. You’ll leave with a plan.

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Nonprofit leaders planning fundraisers or galas
• Founders hosting summits, conferences, or community events
• Consultants & venue owners supporting clients with events
• Anyone who wants to produce an event that is organized, funded, and attended

If you’ve ever said “I want to do a gala but I don’t know where to start,” this is for you.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Events can generate revenue, build community, and elevate your brand. They can also drain your time, your budget, and your energy if they are not structured properly. This is where you get it right, before you spend money.
