• What makes a good event (using participants’ own experiences)​
• Agreeing the event: how to check people actually want it​
• Stakeholders: who matters, who to speak to, and why​
• Budget and resources: simple costs + ways to get support​
• Roles and timeline: who does what, by when ​
• Planning tools: run sheet and basic risk plan​
• Promotion: realistic ways to spread the word​
• Debrief: what went well, what was tricky, what’s needed next time​

Please note you will need to bring drinks, snacks and lunch
