Evenings at the Park is an event featuring food, live music, games, vendors, and a movie to cap off the night!

Date: Friday April 17, 2026

Time: (event starts) 6 p.m. / (movie starts at dusk)

Location: Whitney Park, 1801 Whitney Ranch Pkwy., Rocklin, CA. 95765

Food Vendors: 2 main / 1 desert

Fee:

• $ 175- Food Vendors
• $ 150- Dessert Vendors
• $ 50- Vendor (not serving anything consumable)

Menu Limitations: No Alcohol

Load-in and set-up time will be an `one (1) hour before the event starts, unless otherwise approved by the event coordinator. Breakdown and load-out time will be after the start of the movie.

Vendor Space: 10'x10' spaces. Vendor to provide ez-up tent and table. No electricity will be provided. Vendor may bring a small, quiet generator upon approval from event coordinator. Tent Weights are a requirement to ensure the safety of all that attend this event. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own lights if they plan on staying once it gets dark. (Must be battery operated as we cannot guarantee power.)
