Learn yoga at the library in this twice-monthly, beginner-friendly class.Join Blue Yoga Nyla instructors at Laman Library for a relaxing evening of beginner-friendly yoga! Amy and Karen will take turns leading this one-hour class. No registration is required to join-- just wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat if you've got one. Laman has mats and blocks available to use if needed. This class is open to adults with any level of yoga experience. Moves are always adaptable to fit where you're at!
