In this workshop, we will explore the use of Yoga Nidra as a tool to tap into deeper levels of awareness and connect with the primal wisdom of our bodies. Known as savasana or the "yogic sleep" at the end of class, Yoga Nidra is the ultimate relaxation, with a profound integration of body, mind and spirit that can result in deep healing and revitalization. This session uniquely focuses on the theme of abundance.Yoga, breathing and meditation are included in the practice. Participants are asked to bring a blanket and 2-3 cushions. You may also choose to bring an eye pillow and a journal.

Kyle's yogic path began with a quest for healing and meaning. Seeking relief from the crushing challenges of PTSD and depression, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and the Ayurvedic lifestyle. These ancient practices became a lifeline, offering tools to break free from the confines of his past and a new vision for a future grounded in mindfulness and radical appreciation. Kyle completed his 200-hour yoga certification with Moksha Amazonica (Peru) in 2022.
In addition to his yoga journey, Kyle dedicated twenty years of his life to military service and has been a high school social studies teacher for the past sixteen years.
