Take a break and rejuvenate with slow flow yoga at Greenfield!SLOW FLOW YOGA: This class is led by Leah Margerum with Willow Yoga and focus on flexibility, strength and balance through breath and slow movements. Leah will provide modifications for the poses so that anyone can find a version that works for their body. Attendees should plan to bring their own mat, towel or blanket.

About our instructor - Leah Margerum:
Leah began teaching yoga in 2016 after she discovered the healing benefits of yoga as an alternative to surgery and medication for her chronic back pain. She was eager to share the rewards of yoga with others and make it accessible to EVERY BODY.
Yoga classes are FREE and open to ALL Greenfield tenants, residents, High coworkers, and students. Hope you can join us!
