Every Tuesday sunset yoga and trail running is back! We meet at 5:30pm near the UW-Arboretum Visitor Center for outdoor yoga led by Amanda and Callie. Afterwards (615pm), we soak up the setting sun with a trail run through the arboretum for about an hour (usually 5.5-6.5 miles).��We have enough runners to support all paces and leave no runner behind.��Both events are free but we recommend a donation to our talented yoga instructors (Venmo: @calliendo @AmandaLeonaYoga).��If we have bad weather conditions and have to cancel the yoga and/or run, we will post a message by 4:30 PM.
