In this Evening Yoga class in English, my goal is to help you unwind and recharge midweek.We'll begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow that links breath with movement, building strength and flexibility while energizing your body and improving circulation.
The second half focuses on Yin poses—slow, passive stretches held for 3–5 minutes. They target deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation and calm.
All levels are welcome - from beginners to experienced yogis.
