About this Event

What to expect

✨ Guided relaxation using healing instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs

✨ A calm and intimate setting perfect for first-timers and experienced meditators alike

✨ A complimentary healthy treat or drink from Yummzy to enjoy pre or post-session

Immerse yourself in harmonic vibrations to aid wellbeing, relaxation and stress reduction. You will be bathed in different frequencies to bring you back into alignment and a return to rest and digest (rather than the fight or flight state this modern age leaves us in).

As we move into this sound bath, allow the vibrations to guide you inward. Let the resonance of the sounds align with the energy around us — expansive, radiant, and alive. This is your moment to receive, to recharge, and to shine from within

What to wear

Loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely.

What to bring

A water bottle to keep hydrated

An eye mask

Cozy socks

IMPORTANT

Sound baths are safe for most people. They stimulate endorphins, neurotransmitters, feel good hormones and promote both mental and physical health. They may not be suitable for you if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy (especially sound induced), meniere's disease, first trimester of pregnancy.

If you are a highly sensitive person, consider lying further away from the sound. Please inform me so that I do not play instruments too close to you.

Please exercise your own judgement and discuss with your GP, or relevant specialist, prior to attending an event if you have any concerns.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Doors will be locked at 20:00 for a prompt start. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand if you would like your complimentary drink before the sound bath.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

There will be no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.

If you are unable to attend, a family member or friend can join in your place. Please notify me with their name in advance.
