If your days feel full, fast, and a little bit relentless, this is your space to slow things down.This two-hour session is designed to help you come out of your head and back into your body. We’ll begin with grounded movement. No standing, just simple, effective shapes to release tension and take the edge off a busy day. A chance to disperse that wired energy you’ve been carrying.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice that allows your body to rest while your mind gradually softens. A practice that only asks two things of you: get comfortable lying down and simply listen to my voice. It’s about giving yourself permission to switch off.
As the practice comes to a close, you’ll have time to gently return with a cup of tea or coffee.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled than when you arrived. Perfect for anyone who feels constantly “on” and struggles to fully unwind in the evenings.
