Join us for an Evening of Stillness & Sound, a deeply restorative experience designed to help you ground, relax, and rejuvenate. The session begins with a gentle, guided grounding meditation to help you connect with your center, release tension, and create a sense of calm presence.
Following the meditation, you’ll be immersed in a rich tapestry of healing sound frequencies created by gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, voice, and other instruments. These vibrations work together to support energetic balance, promote deep relaxation, and facilitate a sense of inner peace.
This is my most gentle and beginner-friendly offering—a beautiful way to experience the power of sound if you’re new to this work or simply seeking a peaceful reset for your mind, body, and spirit.
This group sound meditation offers a safe and nurturing space to let go of stress, reconnect with your body and breath, and experience the restorative power of sound. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this evening is an invitation to slow down, reset, and nurture your whole being.
Please bring a blanket and pillow for your comfort, as well as water to support your body during the session.
