Join Plaza +ART for an Evening of Art featuring local artists Rebecca Klundt and Jeanette Lukens. This free event invites the community to meet the artists, explore their work and hear about their creative processes and passion for art.Klundt, a Salt Lake City native, creates intricate wood collage pieces inspired by natural forms and textures, particularly the lines and patterns found in Utah’s landscapes. Lukens, a printmaker, specializes in relief printing techniques such as linoleum and woodcuts, creating detailed images through a hands-on carving and inking process.
The artists will speak about their work at 7 p.m., followed by an opportunity to view their art and connect with them in person.
