NOTE:
There is no previous experience necessary - all that is needed is a willing heart.
Bring yoga mat and extra blankets / pillows for comfort, plus eye mask if you prefer, and water. Wear comfortable layers of clothing. When releasing energies and rebalancing, your body temperature may drop, so bring EXTRA LAYERS to warm up. If you feel the cold, you may even choose to bring along your own hot water bottle for total cosiness and comfort.
Parking is easily available at this location - B-Well Fitness, Countess Road, Killarney. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
There are two sessions organised at each full moon. One is in the morning from 10am-midday and the other in the evening from 6:30-8:30pm. Maximum of 15 places per session.
