About this Event
Join us on a calming Hatha Yoga late evening in Leith every week for one full hour. As participants you will be guided through the practice of various ancient Hatha Yoga poses. No previous experience is necessary.
Each weekly evening covers a set of thematic Asanas or Hatha Yoga poses. We begin every time with a 10-minutes specific Yogic set of warming-up exercises. Please make sure you can arrive in time for that.
Among the various themes we may also explore present moment anchoring, stress relief, living an encompassing heartful perspective, and cultivating inner balance. Our group is offered in a safe, inclusive and suportive space.
