Join Dr. Jessica at Conexion Acupuncture’s Sunshine Casita from 7:00-8:00PM for Evening Glow: Candlelight with Sound & Intention. Step into a serene sanctuary of soft candlelight & soothing sound. This intimate evening experience is designed to help you release the weight of the day, reconnect with your body, & invite in stillness.
You’ll be guided through a restorative sound bath surrounded by the gentle glow of candles — a perfect way to ground, reset, & prepare your mind, body, & spirit for the week ahead.
Expect:
- Candlelit atmosphere for deep relaxation
- Healing vibrations from rose quartz crystal bowls & sacred instruments
- Gentle space for reflection, intention-setting, & renewal

Bring your own yoga mat. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own pillow and/or blanket, you are welcome to do that.
