Evening Destress Yoga Class at the Botanic Garden with magical candlelights

Are you ready to escape the chaos of daily life and discover deep relaxation and inner peace? Join our special Candlelight Yoga classes in the beautiful Gallop Extension of the Botanic Garden which take place on Thursdays about twice to three times a month.

Time: Unwind in the calming ambiance of the evening at 7:30 PM. The class duration is 75 minutes.

Location: Immerse yourself in the lush Gallop Extension, a tranquil oasis within the Botanic Garden. It is located in between the two heritage houses called Forest Discovery Centre and the Botanical Art Gallery. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Gallop Extension carpark.

Instructor's Expertise:
Pauline Klemberg is a dedicated yoga teacher with years of experience. Her journey in the world of yoga has been marked by a commitment to holistic well-being, and her teaching style reflects a deep understanding of anatomy and the mind-body connection. Having honed her skills through various training programs and workshops, Pauline is well-versed in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for practitioners of all levels.

Equipment: Bring your yoga mat as well as 2 blocks and a strap if you have.
