Join us for a slower-paced yoga class designed to unwind and release tension in your body and mind. All levels are welcome.

Each participant will receive a complimentary Eve Bliss Functional Recovery Soda at the end of class while stocks last.

* Please dress comfortably ready to move. Mats will be provided.

** Bookings may be made up to 4 hours before class time.
*** Please note usage of the Soho gym for non-members before/after class is strictly prohibited.
