EuroSTEMPeers 2026, Heidelberg

EuroSTEMPeers is the European chapter of the global non-profit organisation STEMPeers (https://stempeers.org), which aims to connect early-stage STEM researchers with opportunities for collaboration and guidance as they transition into industrial, academic, and entrepreneurial roles.

Following the successful organisation of annual conferences since 2018 (Brno, Berlin, Heidelberg and virtual), we have created a unique platform for young researchers to network with experienced professionals and leverage the STEMPeers network to shape their future roadmaps to success.

This year, we are again excited to host EuroSTEMPeers 2026 together with our co-organisers, BioLabs Heidelberg. In addition to exploring career transition stories, EuroSTEMPeers 2026 will focus on several other highly relevant topics, including leadership, innovation, upskilling, networking and addressing key issues such as mental health and the importance of empathy in individual and collective success.
