European Somali Medical Conference 2025 to Unite Healthcare Professionals in HelsinkiEuropean Somali Medical Conference (ESMC) 2025 will take place on August 16, 2025, at Scandic Park Helsinki. This event will bring together Somali-background doctors, dentists, and medical students from across the diaspora to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and address key healthcare challenges in Somalia and Somali communities worldwide.
Organized by the Finnish Somali Medical Association (SSLY ry), the conference reflects SSLY’s mission to support Somali healthcare professionals in Finland, promote community health, and contribute to rebuilding healthcare systems in Somalia.
The program includes expert discussions on medical association collaborations, healthcare challenges in the Horn of Africa, and diaspora health issues. Attendees will engage in panel discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities with leading experts.
