Join us for a celebration of life in an intimate container for a sacred ritual of Ecstatic Dancing & Delicious Ceremonial Cacao all held in a safe judgement free space where the whole of us is welcome.
Cacao Heart-Opening Ceremony - what is it?...
The Cacao Heart Activation helps us to connect with one another to create a safe space where all of us is welcomed. Because it is an intimate space and numbers are limited it really allows us to open and feel safe while also opening our hearts. There's something very magical about combining an intimate Cacao Ceremony with Ecstatic Dance.
We begin by welcoming you into the space and inviting you to have an energy clearing with sage before we gather in sacred circle sitting as equals. We check in with how we are feeling share our name and our intention for the evening if we have one and are present with each other witnessing and recognising the beauty in every one of us.
You're then introduced to the spirit of cacao and some of the ways the ancients used this sacred medicine to heal and open the heart. After serving your cacao we'll tune in to our body and our intention as we mindfully sip the cacao bringing full awareness to every nourishing sip.
As you drink we share a prayer or sing icaro and medicine songs you're invited to join in or just feel the energy coming through and finish with a meditation to open the heart sending loving energy to ourselves everyone sharing the space and beyond.
Ecstatic Dance - what is it?...
Ecstatic Dance is a sober conscious freeform movement practice.
Held in a space of total acceptance for all you are. It is a safe space to be with and express what ever you are feeling in the moment with out thoughts or judgements. It is a space to let go and be authentically you in your wholeness.
You will quickly find that the thinking and judging mind fades into the background and a profound sense of presence fills you and your body surrenders and moves to rhythm of the music.
The music covers a range of genres from many countries and follows waves from gentle to high energy peaks and back down all designed to move the energy within free ourselves release and celebrate life with conscious music*.
*One or two songs at certain points may have conscious and intentional lyrics.
This potent combination of heart-opening cacao ceremony warmup practice conscious language and ecstatic dances helps you reach elevated states of euphoria and ecstasy. Here you may feel a deep sense of love and gratitude and with this embodied state of higher consciousness you can often receive a message needed to move forward in your life - ? we recommend bringing a journal.
This is a time to fill our cups majestically enliven our spirits in true community and remind ourselves how amazing we are! ✨
Ecstatic Dance is a powerful experience on it's own & combined with Cacao it helps us to connect to the heart center open up creativity promote feelings of love and joy and deepen the connection between body and spirit. Combining Ecstatic Dance with Cacao can intensify the experience and create a more profound state of ecstatic bliss.

Cacao Activation

We come together in sacred circle to honour the spirit of cacao and connect with her essence. Guiding us into our heart we open up to unconditional love opening space for us to nurture our own spirit.
As we mindfully savour Ceremonial Cacao with intention and through a guided meditation to open your heart and give you a clear view of what you are calling in. Expect to feel a mild euphoria heart expansion and gain clarity on your hearts desire.

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform sober barefoot dance and movement meditation in a space of respect and total acceptance for your unique expression. During an ecstatic dance we follow a wave that takes us from our busy mind and helps us drop into the body without thought we are free here the music takes us high to ecstatic peaks that free the dancer and allows us to experience our natural state of ecstasy while sober; once in this elevated state you're guided gently back down into a restful Savasana where we integrate our heart expanding experience.
Closing Circle
9:15 - 9:45pm
Gathering in circle to close the evening we tune into what we are feeling grateful for and what is present within us.
Guidelines
- Be Present - No phones no cameras.
- Be Embodied - You are asked not to talk during the dance; this is an immersive experience and a conversation-free space. There will be time to talk at the end ?
- Be Here. No outside shoes barefoot where possible.
- Sober - No alcohol or drugs; this is a mindful space and we want to experience our natural state to the fullest
- Be Consensual - Listen for a yes respect a no; please take responsibility for yourself and be mindful of other individuals personal space.
- Be Free - Dance how you want. No judgement.
- Be Heart Centred

Ashley Smith
Ashley has an NLP Diploma is a Reiki Master Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist LifeOS Coach Cacao Ceremony Leader Ecstatic Dance DJ & Facilitator 5Elements Dance facilitator Shamanic Sound Journey guide Soundhealing Practitioner & Chakradance™ facilitator. He has been leading workshops and retreats since 2017.
Ana Calistru
Ana an embodiment facilitator. Her main body of work focuses on Embodied Eating Sensory Explorations and Water Memory Activations practices and workshops that stem from more than 12 years of personal research and exploration. Ana also caters for retreats and offers Food Ceremonies. She is a master at weaving tastes and textures into exquisite dishes and providing the embodiment tools to savour and delight in every mouthful.
