Corvus is excited to present a Eugenioides Omakase Experience. This eight course menu features a series of beverages culminating in multiple expressions of Coffea Eugenioides – an experience you could get nowhere else.
This coffee from Inmaculada Coffee Farms is typically only available for brewing and serving at the competition level. Its scarcity and difficulty to grow makes it one of the rarest coffees in the world. The flavor profile is unlike any coffee that we've ever sampled, opening up new avenues in coffee that we never knew existed.
In this table-side service conducted by one of our Coffee Development Specialists, you will be guided along a journey to the New High End of specialty coffee. Not only can you expect to taste multiple coffees, but multiple species of coffee brewed and served in a variety of methods.

- Espresso
- Milk Beverages
- and a Signature Drink
This tasting experience is for those of us who are interested in the upper boundaries of specialty coffee. For those looking to expand their palates and experience all of what coffee has to offer.
Due to the rare nature of Eugenioides, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to source this extraordinary coffee again. Although we hope to serve this coffee in the future, this may be your only opportunity to taste it.
