Ethno Polana Healing Camp 2026 powstał z potrzeby przywrócenia równowagi.
To zaproszenie do powrotu do natury – tej zewnętrznej i tej, którą każdy z nas nosi w sobie. 🌿💚

Wracamy do prostoty.
Do rytmu dnia wyznaczanego przez słońce i ciszę nocy.
Do dźwięków, które nie przebodźcowują, lecz regulują.
Do ruchu, który płynie z ciała, a nie z obowiązku.
Pragniemy stworzyć przestrzeń, w której możesz zdjąć maski, odłożyć napięcia i przypomnieć sobie, jak to jest być w harmonii z naturą i ze sobą samym.

To trzy dni regeneracji, uważności i świadomego bycia.
Na miejscu czekają na Ciebie dwie strefy doświadczeń:
💚 STREFA MUZYCZNA
Downtempo, folk, ethno, koncerty relaksacyjne i uzdrawiające, ceremonie dźwięku, mantry, medytacje muzyczne oraz taniec intuicyjny.
Muzyka jako narzędzie powrotu do naturalnego rytmu i wewnętrznej równowagi.
🧠 STREFA ROZWOJU
Warsztaty, prelekcje, spotkania i ceremonie wspierające ciało, umysł i ducha.
Przestrzeń do zatrzymania, integracji i pogłębienia kontaktu z tym, co prawdziwe i żywe.
🥦 STREFA GASTRO Na miejscu dostępne będzie zdrowe vege jedzenie oraz napoje bezalkoholowe, wspierające procesy regeneracyjne i dobre samopoczucie.

Liczba biletów w każdej puli jest ograniczona – decyduje kolejność zakupu. Bilety ulgowe dotyczą osób niepełnosprawnych oraz dzieci 7-17 lat. Dzieci 0-6 wchodzą za darmo.
Dla przyjeżdżających autem obowiązują bilety parkingowe: 50 zł auto osobowe, 100zł campery i inne większe pojazdy.

Ethno Polana is a place where you slow down, breathe more deeply, and return to yourself.
In a world filled with noise, screens, and constant rush, we are moving further and further away from what is natural — from our bodies, from our breath, from the earth, and from one another.
Ethno Polana Healing Camp 2026 was created out of the need to restore balance.
It is an invitation to return to nature — both the outer nature that surrounds us and the inner nature each of us carries within. 🌿💚
We are returning to simplicity.
To the rhythm of the day guided by the sun and the silence of the night.
To sounds that regulate rather than overstimulate.
To movement that flows from the body, not from obligation.
We wish to create a space where you can remove your masks, release tension, and remember what it feels like to live in harmony with nature and with yourself.
🌿 ETHNO POLANA HEALING CAMP (7–9 August)
Three days of regeneration, mindfulness, and conscious presence.
On-site, two experiential zones await you:
💚 MUSIC ZONE
Downtempo, folk, ethno, relaxing and healing concerts, sound ceremonies, mantras, musical meditations, and intuitive dance.
Music as a tool for returning to your natural rhythm and inner balance.
🧠 DEVELOPMENT ZONE
Workshops, talks, gatherings, and ceremonies supporting body, mind, and spirit.
A space for pausing, integrating, and deepening your connection with what is authentic and alive.
🥦 GASTRO ZONE
Healthy vegetarian food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on-site, supporting regeneration and overall well-being.

Ethno Polana Healing Camp is a family-friendly event, and we warmly invite you to join us with your children.
This year, we are focusing on healing — there will be no night stage, ensuring peaceful sleep for everyone. ;)

Ethno Polana Healing Camp promotes a healthy and conscious lifestyle.
Due to the wellness-oriented nature of the event, we kindly ask participants to refrain from using alcohol and drugs. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
The number of tickets in each tier is limited — purchase order determines availability.

🌿 1st TIER – 125 PLN DISCOUNTED
Discounted tickets apply to persons with disabilities and children aged 7–17.
Children aged 0–6 are admitted free of charge.
