Join us for Eternal Light, an exclusive Neo-Soul Experience on Saturday December 7th, 2024 hosted at the beautifully candle-lit Shea Candle Co. in Cincinnati’s historic Over-The-Rhine district. This intimate evening features live music, soothing vocals, and evocative poetry, offering a rare chance to immerse yourself in the warmth and soul of neo-soul music. Eternal Light brings together a live band with smooth grooves, lush harmonies, and deep bass lines, transporting guests into a blissful, vibrant atmosphere that invites relaxation, connection, and community.Guests will be greeted with a cocktail hour from 7 to 8 pm, offering a chance to enjoy champagne, wine, rosé, and small bites before the show begins. The performance features timeless neo-soul favorites, including “Chicago Baby” and “Shea Butta Baby” by Ari Lennox, “Say Yes” by Floetry, “Love/Hate Thing” by Wale, “Didn’t Cha Know” by Erykah Badu, and “Prototype” by Outkast. With candlelight setting the scene, Eternal Light is designed to inspire joy and foster genuine connection through the soulful power of music.
Eternal Light is a collaboration led by Eight Twenty Media, a Cincinnati-based creative agency specializing in curating experiences that celebrate Black culture and community. Eight Twenty Media’s work reflects a dedication to storytelling that resonates, bringing people together through curated events, digital media, and brand-building services that prioritize authenticity and meaningful engagement.
The event is hosted at Shea Candle Co., a beloved local establishment known for its hand-poured, eco-friendly candles crafted to promote relaxation and wellness. Located on Main Street in the heart of Over-The-Rhine, Shea Candle Co. has become a hub for intimate gatherings, offering a warm, inviting space that brings people together. This partnership with Eternal Light highlights Shea Candle Co.'s commitment to uplifting Cincinnati’s vibrant community through sensory experiences that fuse relaxation, art, and culture.
