A typical set of estate planning documents provided by FPM include the following:
Revocable Living Trust
Pour-Over Will (for each spouse)
Durable Power of Attorney (Financial) (for each spouse)
Medical Power of Attorney (for each spouse)
Property Transfer Deed (upon request)
Instruction Booklet with details on getting documents signed/notarized and connecting assets to the trust name if that option was chosen.
This planning is for members and attenders of New Day Christian Church. Childcare is available with pre-registration.
