This experiential psychotherapy group uses AEDP, attachment theory, and the work of Pia Mellody to help individuals identify and shift codependent patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, improve boundaries, and develop a more grounded sense of self in relationships. Members will practice emotional experiencing, speaking from an “I” position, relational reflection, and authentic connection in a supportive clinical environment.
Weekly on Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM | June 2nd, 2026 - August 25th, 2026
Registration will remain open until all 10 participant spots are filled.
$40 per session; In-network with Aetna, UHC/UMR, and Ambetter (starting 7/1/2026)
