• How qualifications are viewed, including NEBOSH, NCRQ, degrees and apprenticeships

• CPD and IOSH progression including IOSH e-learning, in house training and the IOSH Blueprint tool
• Honest reflections on what helps in the early stages and what does not
• Guidance for mentors and leaders on supporting new entrants
