Through a guided collage workshop with Anna Kossmann founder of The Essenza Project, you’ll be guided by her to explore your inner world visually: choosing images, colors, and textures that feel instinctively you. No rules, no trends . just intuition.

Your creation then becomes inspiration for a personalized cocktail (payed at the venue) , crafted by the bartenders at QUO to reflect your unique essenza in taste and sensation.

As the evening unfolds, a live performance by Giulietta Come marks the transition from inner reflection to shared expression

This is not just a workshop or a night out.

You’ll leave with your collage, your custom drink, and a deeper sense of your own visual identity and how to tranlaste that into style.

After finishing your personal collage = the visual expression of their essence. You will fill out a small card with your preferences and flavour profile (sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, floral)

The bartender reads both — collage and card together — and uses them as a brief to create a single, personalised drink.
