This two-day event is designed to support emerging managers in their role, enhancing confidence and building essential Manager skills. The workshop will provide a structure and toolkit to ensure that managers raise their self-awareness, get the best from their team and achieve positive results. The workshop helps new managers recognise their own leadership style and deepen their skills for understanding and leading their team members and provides a structure and toolkit to ensure that managers raise their self-awareness, get the best from their team and achieve positive results.

Participants would benefit from this course if they:

• Are new to management and would like to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Have been in the role of Manager for a while but had less formal training or support.
• Would like a refresher or a skills boost.

After attending this course participants may wish to attend further workshops which cover other aspects of managing or access coaching sessions to help support and embed the learning.
